Swimming – available in Glenalbyn, Meadowbrook and Monkstown, and lessons are available for all levels. We would love to hear from you if you want to learn how to swim, or if you’re interested in improving your swimming skills, we also have lane coaching available -

Lane coaching – Meadowbrook 19.00 on Monday evening, and an early morning option in Glenalbyn at 7.15

Spinning classes – available in Loughlinstown & Meadowbrook, and there are a number of classes on offer throughout the week both during the day, or evening time, including:

Meadowbrook – 13.15 Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs. 18.15 Wed & Thursday. Sat 12.15

Loughlinstown – 19.00 Mon, Tues, Wed. 18.10 Tue, Thurs. Sat 11.00

General fitness
can be kept up with the large range of classes throughout the year in our Centres – including Ultimate Body (available in Loughlinstown, Meadowbrook and Monkstown) and a wide-selection of high quality Gym Equipment (available in Loughlinstown, Meadowbrook and Monkstown).

• All classes currently available at present for children over five years of age

• Try our (pay as you go) adult teaching class on a Monday morning at 9.45 – 10.30am, and Thursday morning at 9.45 – 10.30am. Only €6.00 per class.

• Ever thought of trying out for a sea swim or triathlon why not train here with us during any of our (early morning) or (coaching sessions). Only €6.00 per session.

• (Aqua fit) for the active and not so active €6.00 per class, available on

  • Tues morning at 10.00

  • Wednesday morning at 11.30

  • Friday morning at 11.00

  • Wednesday evening at 8.00pm

  • Thursday evening at 8.00pm
