Swimming – available in Glenalbyn, Meadowbrook and Monkstown, and lessons are available for all levels. We would love to hear from you if you want to learn how to swim, or if you’re interested in improving your swimming skills, we also have lane coaching available -

Lane coaching – Meadowbrook 19.00 on Monday evening, and an early morning option in Glenalbyn at 7.15

Spinning classes – available in Loughlinstown & Meadowbrook, and there are a number of classes on offer throughout the week both during the day, or evening time, including:

can be kept up with the large range of classes throughout the year in our Centres – including Ultimate Body (available in Loughlinstown, Meadowbrook and Monkstown) and a wide-selection of high quality Gym Equipment (available in Loughlinstown, Meadowbrook and Monkstown).

Meadowbrook has successfully launched Teen Gym from 4euro per session on Thursday & Wednesday nights weekly with an instructor for 1 hour, Ages from 12 – 15.  This is a great introduction to using the gym and getting active for teens.
