- A class designed for the active adult fitness & resistance training with emphasis of the social aspect of keeping fit.

- A class designed for those looking to keep up their fitness or get back in to fitness altogether with people in a similar situation. Abdominal area targeted. Good fun, great people.
- Active Retired
- Fun is the key thing to be had with this programme. It is designed for those over 55 who want to keep active and meet new people through exercise & having fun. Light aerobic, toning, line dancing, gym class, Basketball, etc.
- Aerobics
- Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness).
- Aqua Fit
- This is a great exercise for all age groups that involves gentle and controlled movements in the water to help tone and strengthen muscle groups. Highly enjoyable and great fun.
- A.T.B.
- Aerobics, Tums, Bums.
- B.L.T.
- Bums Legs and Tums is a resistance training class targeting the designated areas using Dyno bands or light free weights to help define and tone those hard to reach areas: Bum, Legs and Tums.
- Begin to Spin
- A Spin class with beginners in mind 30 mins of spinning easy to follow and improves your cardiovascular fitness & endurance. Another great fat & calorie burner.
- Body Tone / Fitball
- These classes are designed to work all parts of the body both aerobically and strength wise. Fitball classes concentrate more on core stability and conditioning. So let an instructor motivate you to give that extra little bit of effort & reap the benefits in no time.
- Body Sculpt
- A total body toning class designed to target the main muscle groups from top to bottom, With high Reps and low weights you will achieve that total body tone in no time.
- Bootcamp
- Bootcamp is a Military style training for both men & women. Our instructors will motivate and encourage you to reach your limits in a fun and enjoyable group environment. If you find it difficult to push yourself or reach your goals on your own Meadowbrook Bootcamp is for you.
- Boxing Circuit
- Do you want to tone Up ? Do you want improve stamina & endurance & get fit ASAP?
Then this class is for you. Train with Leinster boxing Champion G.Costello. This class includes light glove work & very little contact - a super efficient way to burn double the amount of calories than your average Studio class. G.Costello knows how to get results by incorporating Anaerobic L.M.E & Aerobic exercise to the body’s full potential. You’d be mad to miss Boxing Circuit.
- Circuit training
- Circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow, give you a great workout, and target fat loss, muscle building and heart-lung fitness. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program; the idea being that when one circuit is complete, you start at the first exercise again for another circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
- Dance Aerobics
- A Latin twist to the usual exercise to music class. Lots of fun and helping with coordination, fitness and calorie consumption.
- Fab Abs
- A 15 minute intensive abdominal muscle workout designed to get the best ab workout you can do. This class is the ideal way to round off your gym programme & get that stomach workout that gets results.
- FitFighters
- FitFighters is a combination of Aerobics, circuits & kickboxing pad work put together to create an all round full body workout. If you like a challenge and something different this is the class for you.
- Fitness Pilates
- Fitness Pilates is a beginner introduction to pilates with basic moves and stretching (30mins)
- Kettlebell classes
- Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness - endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardiac endurance. People love kettlebell training as it is challenging, effective & a great cardio workout.
- Hip hop classes
- Learn the very latest choreography from the hottest new hip hop songs and videos in a fast fun environment designed for kids. Great for fitness and making new friends.
- Flexi core
- Class designed to strengthen your core. Includes abdominal and lower back exercises and also concentration on stretching.
- Line Dancing
- The basics of line dancing are very simple. Participants stand in either a single line or a succession of parallel lines if the number of people and the amount of floor space require this arrangement. While the dancers move without touching one another, they execute the same moves at the same time.
- Mind body & Soul
- This is a class to help with flexibility and body conditioning while also incorporating the core. A very relaxed atmosphere while also developing cores muscles and flexibility.
- Parents Toning
- A class for Parents who would like to get back in to shape an excellent workout.
- Power Circuits
- A 30 minute intense workout similar to Circuits just in a shorter time period. Very good for those with busy lifestyles.
- Resistance Circuit
- Resistance Circuit is a range of different stations with a mixture of exercises from shoulder press to ab curls , hammer twists to Barbell lunges, This class ensures the highest rate of full body toning and calorie consumption. Great for those with little time for the gym before or after work/Dropping the kids to school.
- Spinning
- A cardio workout on a stationary bike. These special bikes use a resistance break to incorporate climbing, sprinting, time trailing co-ordination & has the added advantage that an individual can participate in the class at their own pace therefore spinning is suitable for all fitness levels & age groups. Excellent for weight loss.
- Step
- Step is an aerobic workout using a specifically designed platform that can be adjusted to different heights depending on the individual’s level of fitness. The instructor will then take you through a choreographed routine that is easy and fun to follow. It’s a fun enjoyable class & is a great calories burner.
- Step Aerobics
- Exercise to music on a step. Adding progressions and adaptations to increase intensity. An easy way to burn those calories. A great & fun way to get fit again.
- Stretch’N’Flex
- This is a workout for all levels, It works on body alignment , core strength and flexibility. Great for those who have weak areas in the body constantly feeling stiff.
- Tae Bo
- Tae Bo classes are taught worldwide. Tae Bo includes many of the same punches and kicks as karate, but is not intended for fighting - it was not meant for any combat or self-defense applications. There are no throws, grappling moves, or ground fighting techniques in Tae Bo. Its only intent is to increase fitness through movement. Tae Bo also includes aerobic exercises intended to strengthen all muscles of the body with basic choreography. The high-intensity workout is intended to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength, muscular endurance and flexibility.
